My Google Play Store is stuck on "Pending" or not installing my app.

If your Google Play Store on Englaon TV is stuck in the "Pending" state, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Internet Connection: Make sure that your Englaon TV has a stable internet connection. You can do this by checking other apps or using a browser on your TV to verify connectivity.
  2. Clear Play Store Cache: Go to "Settings" on your Englaon TV, then navigate to "Apps" or "Application Manager." Find and select "Google Play Store." Choose "Storage" and then tap on "Clear Cache." This might help to resolve any temporary issues.
  3. Clear Data for Google Play Services: Similarly, go to "Settings," then "Apps" then "See All Apps." Locate and select "Google Play Services" and clear its cache and data. This action can help resolve issues with the Play Store. You might need to "Show system apps"
  4. Restart Your Englaon TV: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve various issues. Turn off your Englaon TV, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  5. Update Google Play Store: Ensure that your Google Play Store app is up to date. Go to the "Apps" or "Google Play Store" in the settings, and check for updates.
  6. Remove and Re-add Google Account: Go to "Settings," then "Accounts," and remove your Google account. Afterwards, re-add the account and check if the issue persists.
  7. Check Date and Time Settings: Incorrect date and time settings can cause issues with app installations. Make sure your Englaon TV has the correct date, time, and time zone settings.
  8. Uninstall Updates for Google Play Store: In the "Apps" section, find "Google Play Store", under "Show system apps" and uninstall updates. After that, open the Play Store, and it will automatically update itself.
  9. Factory Reset (as a Last Resort): If none of the above steps work, you may consider performing a factory reset. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on your device. Open "Settings", scroll down to "Device Preferences", select "About", then "Factory Reset" or "Reset".
