Where Is My Order Shipped From?

Most orders processed on ENGLAON.co.nz are shipped from ENGLAON HQ, located at 62 Merri Concourse, Campbellfield, VIC 3061, Australia.

In some cases, where available, your product will be shipped from a supply partner in New Zealand depending on stock availability. 

How much does delivery cost?

ENGLAON NZ presently does not charge for shipping regardless of whether your order ships from New Zealand or Australia.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can use your tracking number to find more accurate shipping information, but you should expect to receive your order between 5 & 10 business days. 

Please note that more remote or regional deliveries may take longer than this. 

As an ENGLAON customer, you can log in and check the status of your order online via My Account.

After we’ve shipped your order, you’ll receive an email containing a link to your tracking information from the chosen courier, delivery service, or any other service provider.

If my order contains several items, will they all be delivered together?

Sometimes when several items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. This means that all the items in your order might not be delivered on the same day. 

Where possible, we will try to prevent this but depending on stock availability or stock location, this can be unavoidable.

Do I have to be home to receive my order delivery?

Yes, you’ll need to sign for your order upon delivery to ensure your product is not stolen. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you’re unable to receive your delivery in person or haven’t received it within a reasonable time period, please contact us on the details below.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you’re not available to receive your delivery, a delivery slip with further instructions will be left in your letterbox by the delivery partner.

What should I do if my products were damaged during delivery?

If any products are delivered damaged or Dead On Arrival (DOA), please get in touch via the Contact Us page within three business days of receiving the damaged product.
